Welcoming New Clients
(Individuals & Couples; Virtual only; Ages 18+)

Hey, I’m Micah! I specialize in working with couples and intimate relationships on communication skills, managing emotions, intimacy, and more. I also work with individuals on a variety of issues like depression, anxiety, minority stress, and self-esteem. I place high priority on the impact that society can have on marginalized groups. Helping people live authentically is central to my therapeutic approach.

I am Level 2 trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and it is my primary focus. I have also completed Brainspotting phase 1. I use narrative, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral therapies. My goal is to understand my clients’ needs and apply the skills that will work best for them.

My clients have described me as insightful, compassionate, personable, and wise. My goal is to empower my clients with tools they can apply to everyday life outside of the therapy room. Let’s work together to enhance understanding and restore communication.

In my personal life, I enjoy coffee, podcasts, video games, and spending time with friends and family.
