Welcome. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for walking alongside children, adults, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and move toward healing. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and respected.

Watching families work through difficulties and celebrating successes is a passion for me. I have three adult children and five grandchildren and understand that raising resilient children is challenging. I am also aware that the adult child and parent relationship is equally challenging. My work focuses on strengthening attachment, building resilience, improving communication, and helping families navigate complex emotional and life stressors.

I have worked in a variety of settings, including home-based services and private practice. This has given me significant experience supporting clients facing trauma, anxiety, grief, behavioral challenges, and relational difficulties. I am trained in a variety of evidence-based theories and integrate these modalities thoughtfully to meet each client’s unique needs.

Cost Per Session:
$175 for intake; $150 for follow-up sessions

HSA/FSA can be used for payment. Superbill can be provided for out-of-network benefits.
