Lanah earned her Master’s degree in mental health counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary. Her passion is to walk alongside individuals who need support in the places they may feel stuck. Lanah believes that the first step to change is genuine connection while feeling safe, heard, and seen. Lanah is passionate about her clients finding healing and freedom by living in their personal values and embracing their authentic and genuine self.

Lanah utilizes a trauma informed care perspective while implementing aspects of DBT, CBT, psychodynamic theory and ACT modalities. Lanah is experienced working with individuals with borderline personality disorder, PTSD, grief, anxiety and depression.

Lanah also enjoys her work as an outpatient hospital therapist working with SMI populations and individuals reintegrating into society after incarceration.

Cost Per Session:
$160 for intake; $135 for follow-up sessions

HSA/FSA can be used for payment. Superbill can be provided for out-of-network benefits.
