Welcoming New Clients on Waitlist (Age 16+)

Hey, I’m Nicole! I fully believe in the power of therapy, human connection, and how being honest about where you are at can be healing and empowering. I specialize in perinatal mental health, eating disorders, anxiety, and trauma (using my training in EMDR). I have a passion for helping people gain insight into their emotional and behavioral patterns to help them become more kind to themselves.

I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental environment to process difficulties big and small. I would love to help you work through and process life’s challenges to help you become the best version of yourself. If you desire change and are motivated and willing to put in the work, I believe change and healing are possible.

I have specialized training from both Postpartum Support International & The Family Institute at Northwestern University in perinatal mental health. My particular passion for perinatal mental health was sparked after having two kids in under two years & realizing the need for support in such a transformational & challenging time. The perinatal period is defined as conception up until one year postpartum (though I would argue it’s longer!). It includes the mental, emotional, & social well-being during & after pregnancy.

In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two young daughters, and my dog, Hoosier. I also enjoy being outside, doing anything creative, drinking iced coffee no matter the weather, and reading.
