Who We Are

Welcoming New Clients on a Limited Basis (Individuals & Couples, Ages 18+)

Relationships and intimacy can be some of the most meaningful parts of our lives – and some of the most difficult to navigate. As an AASECT-certified sex therapist, I provide psychotherapy and sex therapy for individuals and couples seeking help with specific issues like communication breakdowns, intimacy barriers, or trust concerns, aiming to foster a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping them from the connection they want.

As a sex therapist, I have specialized education, training, and clinical experience in working with sexuality, intimacy, kink, and non-monogamy. My work in this field reflects a deep commitment to understanding the complex ways that sexuality, relationships, emotional connection, personal history, and overall well-being intersect.

Sometimes, the most challenging parts of our lives are the hardest to discuss, which is why I believe therapy should be both supportive and purposeful. While feeling understood is an important part of the therapeutic process, meaningful change often requires thoughtful exploration, honest conversations, and a willingness to look at what may be difficult to see on our own.

My approach is collaborative, direct, and compassionate. I strive to create a space where clients can be fully themselves without fear of judgment, knowing that all discussions are held with strict confidentiality, professionalism, and respect, even when exploring the most personal concerns.
